TRAVEL TO THAILAND GETS EASIER: NO MORE PCR TEST FOR THAILAND PASS*
From 1 May 2022 onwards, fully vaccinated international travellers and accompanied children can travel to Thailand without the need for pre-arrival RT-PCR Test nor arrival PCR Test. Simply apply for Thailand Pass at https://tp.consular.go.th/ prior to traveling, with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate and an insurance policy. PRE-ARRIVAL OZONE TREATMENT
At Devasom resorts, every guest room and villa gets treated with Ozone sanitization before each guest arrival. We implement Ozone disinfection protocol with proper, research-based concentration and ventilation time to sanitize all areas and surfaces including the air conditioning units of guest rooms and villas. This ozone treatment, along with enhanced cleaning protocols with hospital-grade disinfectant, effectively maximizes hygiene safety and wellbeing for Devasom guests.
‘If you are sick, do not travel’ POLICY
With the COVID-19 pandemic, we are doing our best to safeguard our customers’ hygiene safety. During Check-in, all guests will be required to have temperature checked and answer health questionnaire. Guest with a fever or one of respiratory symptoms (such as cough, runny nose, sore throat, or shortness of breath) will be requested to take an Antigen Test before entering. Guest with potential risk of COVID-19 infection may be declined from entering the hotel; in accordance to Thailand Hotel Act 2004 Section 39.(3).
Before travel, if you are sick, please see a doctor and obtain a medical certificate issued within 48 hours prior to arrival. Rescheduling your stay due to sickness is possible by notifying hotel in advance with a valid medical certificate before arrival date.
During your stay, if you feel that you may become sick, please call our guest service immediately and we will assist you.
OUR COMMUNITY IS OUR HOME
During the outbreak that left millions without job, we added to our priorities to support local community. Through the pandamic time Devasom provided voluntary hands, food and hygiene supplies to local healthcare workers, public hospital and temples in the community. With part of the income we received, Devasom student scholarship and our school lunch project will also go on after this Covid-19 time.

Throughout the pandemic months and many lockdowns, Devasom Khao Lak has kept our operations running and our staff paid. Retaining our employees is like supporting our family. We are glad to have successfully retained all our employees as well as to have supported our local community to get through the challenging time.
We also used this tough time to strengthen our value proposition. Through 2020 and 2021, we added new inspiring resort experiences, got our both restaurants featured in MICHELIN Guide, improved our sustainability, and maintained our luxury-class service excellence.

As we welcome back more guests, I am also pleased to share that we continue to offer extra flexibility with Devasom’s FLEXIBLE DATE scheme so you can book directly at Devasom Khao Lak with confidence. We understand how important it is for you to have more flexibility when planning your trip, especially nowadays when sometime there could be change to flights and travel rules. When you book direct with us, Devasom Khao Lak will allow date change for your stay by simply notifying Hotel 7 days (or more) prior to your booking arrival date* {*14 days or more for December to May}, and the date change fees will all be waived, only the difference in room rates apply, if there is any. This scheme is applicable for all direct bookings for stay periods through the year 2022.
