Flexible Cancellation: Cancellation made until 60 days before your booking arrival is eligible for full refund after deducting 5% bank handling fee. If you cancel in the 60 days before your booking arrival, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Flexible Dates: A change of date is allowed by notifying Hotel until 30 days before your booking arrival. Change is subject to Hotel’s availability and a surcharge in case of room rate difference.
